Each party sees its part, and nothing more
A project brings together a studio, a client, contractors and suppliers. Intent Charter is built so that each sees only what is theirs, and every decision is kept.
Access by role, per project
People see only the projects they belong to, and only what their role on that project allows. The studio decides which pages each of its own roles sees.
Prices for clients, costs for the studio
Clients and partners see prices only, never rates, costs or margins. Suppliers see only their own orders.
Costs written once, never shown
Salary and overhead costs are entered once and never displayed again, not even to the person who entered them. They are used only to work out margin.
Links that do one job
Contractors and suppliers can work without an account, through links that do a single job, are stored only in a scrambled form, can be withdrawn for contractors, and stop when the project closes.
A record that is kept
Approvals, client answers and close-out records are kept as they were made and cannot be rewritten. Closed projects become read-only.
Private files
Drawings, photos and documents are private and served only after a permission or link check.
Connected tools kept sealed
Keys and sign-ins for connected tools are encrypted by the server and never shown on a screen again.
Sign-in without passwords
People sign in with a link sent to their email. New studios are approved before they are set up.
AI you choose
Your studio chooses Claude or ChatGPT, and its AI work goes only to that engine. Every AI result records the model behind it, and nothing it proposes is applied until a person accepts it.
Database in the EU
The database runs in the European Union (Ireland), with row-level security on every table. AI and email providers you connect process data under their own terms.
